Our Story
Professional & Reliable
My name is Morgan Mitchell. In 2003 I started working in a retail plant nursery. Over time my passion for plant health focused to tree health. I decided to become an arborist, once I obtained my ISA certification. I continued my education by attending local seminars and the ISA annual conferences. I have started Morning Tree to help educate the community and to provide a professional service to sustainably improve the urban landscape.

Pruning
Pruning can have many purposes. Some times safety is the goal, maybe aesthetics or simply tree health. At Morning Tree Arboriculture Services LLC, we believe in finding the most appropriate solutions, all while using the most current standards to accomplish each unique objective, whether it be simple house clearance or mitigating the presence of fungus in fruit trees.
Plant Health Consultation
Do you know that trees can be susceptible to viruses? Trees can be directly and indirectly affected by bacteria, fungus and insects. Knowing the health of your tree can make a big impact on any decision you make about the safety and aesthetic of your property. Morning Tree will perform a thorough investigation and answer all and any questions you may have about he condition of your trees.

What We Offer
Small Removals
When the decision to remove a tree has been made Morning Tree will orchestrate a safe and efficient removal. Our complete service includes hauling away brush, firewood when requested and leaving your property free from all resulting debris. In an effort to keep pruning and preservation affordable we have chosen not to make large removals our focus. If it has been determined a removal is not practical for Morning Tree we have preferred companies we trust to refer our clients to.
Tree Risk Assessment
Trees are amazingly resilient organisms but just like us they are subject to injury, disease and genetic defects. This process involves many factors to determine likelihood and consequences of tree failure. Morning Tree will provide a quantifiable assessment so that our clients may be able to move forward with an educated decision, whether it be complete removal or remaining as is.
Soil Testing
What's below ground is just as important as what's above ground. Soil testing will provide information about your tree's roots environment. When there are symptoms with no obvious cause soil testing can be a great tool. Morning Tree will send samples to a local lab. With this information we can find out what the Ph balance is and or pathogens, toxicities, water saturation, etc.. might be present.

Morgan Mitchell is an exceptionally talented arborist who has professional knowledge and understanding of tree care. We called on Morgan to make recommendations regarding a few of our mature trees and hedges. After a thorough assessment, he removed a couple of our trees due to insect damage, expertly pruned several ornamental trees, and trimmed an overgrown English Laurel. Morgan is a good communicator, punctual, and careful around the existing landscape. I am extremely happy with the outcome and will continue to use Morgan for his services.
